My Story

I am from East Texas, where I learned the art of kindness and the joy of serving others. It's the place that instilled in me the values that form the foundation of my practice—a commitment to empathy, compassion, and the profound impact of genuine care.

My college years in Arkansas were nothing short of a blessing. Surrounded by a supportive community of friends and mentors, I discovered the power of creating opportunities for others to feel truly supported. It's this spirit of communal care that continues to inspire my therapeutic approach.

In West Texas, I undertook the rigorous training and education necessary to provide meaningful support, kindness, and care to those grappling with mental health challenges. It's here that I honed my skills and developed the passion to make a difference in the lives of individuals and families.

Now calling Fort Worth home, I am eager to contribute to the thriving community that welcomed me. As I embark on this new chapter, my goal is clear—to serve this city with the same kindness, dedication, and expertise that I've cultivated throughout my journey.

All I Ever Wanted

At the core of my journey is a simple desire – to love and to feel safe. As someone who resonates deeply with the Enneagram 6 personality, this longing has been the driving force behind both my personal and professional pursuits.

Growing up, I was blessed with incredible parents and siblings who showered me with love and unwavering support. Despite having all the protective factors one could imagine, life still unfolded with its share of challenges—hardships, anxiety, depression, and moments of trauma.

My encounters with life's struggles have fueled my commitment to creating opportunities for healing. Through the lens of my experiences and education, I aspire to guide you toward a life where you can not only heal but also create a life you genuinely love and feel secure in.

My mission is to extend the same kind of love and support I received growing up, combining it with the knowledge and skills acquired through education. Together, we'll embark on a journey to transform hardships into opportunities, nurturing a path to healing and the creation of a life that resonates with your heart.

The Best Is Yet to Come

As I navigate my journey toward becoming a fully licensed therapist, I choose to focus on the opportunities that lie ahead. There's a certain magic in the sense of freedom and fellowship that characterized my earlier years, and I'm determined to carry that spirit forward into the next phase of my life.

In every season, I've discovered that there's always more love and grace to give and receive. This philosophy guides not only my personal life but also my approach as a therapist. I believe in the transformative power of love and grace in the journey toward wellness.

If you feel we might be a good fit, don't hesitate to reach out. I'm here to help you embark on the next chapter of your life with a sense of optimism, resilience, and a commitment to personal growth.

Here's to embracing the journey, because I truly believe that the best is yet to come.
