Our Value Statement
"Every counselor comes from a unique place in order to do what they do. If I can provide a safe environment where people can understand and learn the positive effects psychotherapy has to offer then I will have achieved half of my objective. From there, my major therapy goal is to help my clients learn to make the connections between their family history and influences, and their current everyday choices and behaviors. If we can achieve that then we can begin to break harmful intergenerational patterns that are affecting their lives. And that, will make my journey well travelled."
