I am a wife and mother of two amazing girls and I am the oldest of four children, all of which have contributed to my passion for encouraging, caring for, and supporting others. I grew up in a military town, which taught me to love and respect people of all races and backgrounds. We are all human and we all could use more grace and understanding. It does not matter what we have gone through or done. I want everyone that I meet to feel that. My passion has always been to help people, but now I want to help people heal and learn to be the best version of themselves.

"Together, we will work on helping you untangle your life for the better!"

My Story

Hello! I am Alexis, a devoted wife, proud mother of two wonderful girls, and the eldest among four siblings. From an early age, being the oldest meant stepping up to support and care for my siblings, a responsibility that has profoundly shaped my journey. While it wasn't always easy, these experiences have become some of the most fulfilling of my life.

A Military Upbringing

Having grown up in a military family, I was surrounded by people of all beliefs, backgrounds, and cultures. While it presented its challenges, this unique upbringing has left an indelible mark on my perspective and approach to people. It taught me compassion and acceptance, skills I now bring to my personal and professional life.

A Heart for Others

My years of encouraging, caring for, and supporting others have evolved into a personal mission. Life's journey, despite its twists and turns, has gifted me a superpower – the ability to love and respect people from all walks of life. I am here to share that superpower with you.

All I Ever Really Wanted

My life's journey took a significant turn when I met and married my husband at a relatively young age. As you can see, a profound sense of family has always been a driving force that shapes almost every facet of my life.

At the core of my being is a simple yet profound desire – to know that I am loved and to feel safe in this world. This foundational need has been a guiding light, influencing my personal and professional journey. I believe, perhaps naively, that this expectation of love and safety is something universal, a shared desire that unites us all.

We all yearn for connection, love, and a sense of safety. It's a common thread that binds us together, transcending individual stories and backgrounds. In my work and life, I am committed to creating spaces where individuals can explore and fulfill these fundamental expectations.

If you are on a journey to explore the complexities of love, connection, and security, you're not alone. Together, we can delve into these universal desires, unravel the intricacies of your story, and work towards creating a life where you feel truly loved and secure.

The Best Is Yet To Come

Beyond my roles as a mother, wife, and therapist, I am on a mission to discover my true calling and to unravel what I am meant to do with my unique interests and gifts. Life, for me, is an ongoing exploration of purpose and passion.

In my pursuit of enhancing the care and support I offer to my clients, I am currently learning American Sign Language, delving into life coaching, and exploring the realms of auricular acupuncture to assist my clients with their anxiety and stress levels. These diverse skills are not just personal interests; they are tools I will be able to bring to my clients someday.

If you seek care, support, and a collaborator on your journey of self-discovery, you've come to the right place. Thank you for considering me as a companion on your life path. I look forward to the opportunity to support and guide you towards your goals and success story.
